We now have an exciting opportunity for a newly created role of Human Resource Officer to join our team.
As our Human Resources Officer you will assist the organisation to meet its strategic and operational objectives enunciated in its current strategic plan
What You'll Bring to the Team:
To qualify you will need the following:
- Sound written and verbal communication skills with attention to detail
- Ability to draft documentation content and correspondence to a high standard
- Excellent interpersonal skills with an ability to effectively and professionally liaise with a diverse range of people.
- High level organisational skills with demonstrated capacity to problem solve and seek solutions.
- Flexibility to manage multiple activities and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.
- A high level of integrity, maturity and initiative, and the ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.
- Advanced computer skills in MS office suite and ability to learn new systems and applications.
- Proven ability to contribute within a team environment through the sharing of information, through supporting team priorities and by ensuring open communication.
