About the role ARRCS are actively sourcing a skilled People and Culture Officer to join their team on a permanent, full-time basis. Based in Darwin, this busy and rewarding role will see you working and supporting our Home Care and Top End Aged Care teams by taking management of all new starters onboarding and compliance and, responding to the operational daily queries to People and Culture (HR).
In addition, you will be responsible for the coordination and delivery of our monthly orientation program. The successful candidate will ideally have a background in generalist HR duties or senior administration. They will be highly organised, have strong computer skills, enjoy problem solving and be comfortable to work independently with minimal supervision.
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources, Business or similar discipline would be highly regarded. In addition, prior experience within the health or not for profit industries are preferred however, not essential. Benefits of working for ARRCS ARRCS…
