Human Resource Officer

· High level organisational skills with demonstrated capacity to problem solve and seek solutions.

·Flexibility to manage multiple activities and prioritise tasks to meet deadlines.

· A high level of integrity, maturity and initiative, and the ability to exercise discretion in dealing with sensitive and confidential information.

· Advanced computer skills in MS office suite and ability to learn new systems and applications.

·Proven ability to contribute within a team environment through the sharing of information, through supporting team priorities and by ensuring open communication.

Desirable:

· Formal Human Resources qualification at a posy basic level, and/or relevant experience in working in a Human Resources role.

·Previous experience working in the health industry or within a complex work environment.

·Understanding or ability to gain an understanding of Health Enterprise Agreements.

·Working knowledge of MYOB Payglobal and Roster On databases.
