This role will involve travel to their various sites around Greater Sydney to partner, support and coach their leaders.More about the role:
- Engage and partner with site leaders across the organisation to develop and implement HR strategies that align with business goals and objectives.
- Support business leaders on HR policies, practices, and procedures.
- Provide coaching to business leaders on employee performance management and employment laws.
- Talent Acquisition.
- Provide support and guidance on compensation and benefits initiatives.
- Support various change projects and initiatives.
- A tertiary qualification in area of HRM or relevant discipline is highly desired.
- 4+ years of demonstrated experience & success in previous HR Generalist/Advisor roles, preferably gained in the Healthcare or Aged Care sectors.
- Must be experienced in interpreting and advising managers on employee relations matters, including performance management.
- An understanding of the legislative and industrial framework that applies to human resources management issues.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Demonstrated knowledge in resolving Human Resource issues, using well-developed problem-solving and negotiation skills, whilst maintaining confidentiality.
- Willingness to travel to different sites. (Their head office is based in North Sydney but you will enjoy the flexibility & freedom to choose any of their modern sites your main office: Rose Bay; Mona Vale; Thornleigh; Hunters Hill; Caringbah).
