Your Opportunity
We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Human Resources Administratorto join the HR Department in Australia on a Permanent Full-time basis.
The suitable candidate will be responsible for, but not limited to:
- Be the go-to person for all internal and external HR and Payroll inquiries, ensuring exceptional customer service for staff and key stakeholders.
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including collaborating with hiring managers, posting jobs, screening candidates, conducting interviews, references checks, drafting contracts, and offering.
- Organize and lead engaging induction and orientation programs to ensure new hires feel welcome and engaged from day one.
- Provide daily administrative assistance to the HR department, including maintaining employee records, preparing HR documents, and updating HRIS (Employment Hero) databases.
- Assist in planning and executing various HR projects and initiatives.
- Support the HR team with data collection, analysis, and reporting on various HR metrics.
- Draft and prepare various HR-related letters, including employment contracts, promotion letters, disciplinary notices, and termination letters.
- Oversee and record annual performance reviews and probation reviews.
- Identify areas for employee experience or process improvement by actively reviewing transactions or process activities and raising suggestions.
- Assist with organizing and conducting training sessions.
- Handle administrative duties and other ad-hoc projects as required.
What You Will Bring to Our Team
- A passionate to help animals is a must.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
- Proven experience as an HR Administrator, HR Assistant, or similar role.
- Demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislation including, equal employment, employee relations and health and safety.
- Highly organised with strong written and verbal communication, and the ability to build strong long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Experiencing using Human Resources Information Systems, Employment Hero preferable.
- Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
