Tailored Talent Solutions has an exceptional opportunity for a recent Human Resources graduate or HR Administrator looking to take the next step in their career to join a highly regarded professional services firm in Sydney CBD.
Reporting to a seasoned People & Culture Manager, this is a rare role that will get exposure to all elements of Human Resources and Talent Aquisition with no two days being the same.
Examples of responsibilities will include.
- Contributing to the P&C strategy
- Assisting the P&C Manager with all aspects of recruitment including screening resumes, organising assessment centres and interview schedules, conducting reference checks, generating contracts, etc.
- Being the super user for the HRIS, Elmo
- Organising and running training and P&C related events
- Keeping the intranet up to date
- Updating policies as required
- Responding to queries such as policy questions, employment verifications, etc.
- Assisting with the performance and remuneration processes
- Finding process improvements at every opportunity
- Contributing to our diversity & inclusion and corporate social responsibility initiatives
- P&C Reporting
- Assisting with ad hoc projects
Desired Skills and Experience
What you need to succeed
- Completed a bachelor’s degree with a major in Human Resources or similar, and 1-2 years relevant work experience.
- Knowledge of Microsoft suite (excel, word, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong communication and relationship building skills
- Sound understanding of HR with an eager attitude to continue learning
