Recruitment Administrator

Are you after a pathway into recruitment? Have you previously worked as an administrator?
In this temporary to permanent role; our client is after an employee who is able to screen candidates and make decisions on shortlisting applications.

Based in Auburn and with parking on site – this position could be your best career move.

Are you interested in?

• Creating job ads
• Having initial phone calls with applicants
• Sorting through resumes
• Sitting in on interviews
• Maintaining strong relationships with internal line managers

Working with this team has several benefits and great flexibility, you will have the opportunity to work from home 1-2 days a week.
 

Relevant Skills;
 

• Experience in a similar role
• Proficiency in MS Suite (excel/word/outlook)
• Strong communication skills
• A bright personality
