Your Role As a member of a centralised HR team, the HR Administrator is primarily responsible for the support and delivery of administration for the People team, and provision of first line HR advice to employees and managers.
Key responsibilities include:
- Preparation and maintenance of documentation and information which supports the full employee lifecycle, and correspondence that relates to this process (advertising, offers of appointment, staff transfers)
- Administer the appointment and recruitment process by providing assistance and information to managers, employees and applicants
- Maintenance of employee data and documentation to ensure compliance in line with policies and procedures
- Provide first line Human Resources advice to managers and employees
