HR Partners by Randstad has an opportunity for an A04 Human Resources Advisor to join our government client site in Brisbane's CBD. This role is a temporary role, with an immediate start up until 24th May and is 3 days per week. Paying $52.25 per hour.

About the role:
- Process all appointments, movements and separations for all employees, ensuring accurate and approved documentation is forwarded to payroll provider.
- Implement quality control processes to support data integrity and correct processing of entitlements by CAA.
- Provide advice to managers and employees on entitlements and policies, systems and processes.
- Prepare a range of standard and ad hoc reports from the Aurion system, manipulate this data in Excel spreadsheets, and undertake necessary actions.
- Identify, develop and implement new processes and systems to efficiently undertake operational activities, with a focus on creativity, innovation and the use of technology.
- Maintain a knowledge of the legislative and industrial framework within the Queensland public sector, including sector-wide policies and directives.
- Prepare routine correspondence as required and undertake records management processes using electronic document management systems.
- Develop and maintain procedure manuals and work instructions on operational processes.
- Support the Senior Advisor, Principal Advisor and the Manager in undertaking projects as required.
- Contribute to a change management and performance development culture across the unit by participating in regular two-way feedback discussions with your supervisor and colleagues, and through the implementation of an individual Performance and Development Plan (PDP).
