As a HR Advisor, you in a team and will support managers by offering HR guidance, reporting and supporting IR and ER matters, and change initiatives.
- Execute HR policies and plans across the business
- Partner with business leaders to provide support and guidance across various HR matters
- Support change initiatives
- Analyse and recognise issues/conflicts related to Employee Relations and recommend solutions and guidance
- Support Employee Development and Learning
- Recognise trends in HR and communicate with the HR team for improvements
- Working with various HR systems
- Experience in a Generalist HR role as an Advisor or HRBP min 2 years
- Excellent interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate various HR systems
- Hold relevant qualifications or experience in Human Resources/ Business or related discipline
- Industries employing a complement of white and blue collar workforce, including warehousing, transport, retail or hospitality industries or similar
