Human Resources Assistant

The Opportunity

This position offers an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate committed to developing a career in HR. Supporting various HR functions and initiatives within Carey, it is an opportunity to work and learn as an HR generalist, getting involved in varying degrees with all aspects of the employee lifecycle. Current experience in HR administration will stand you in good stead for this role.

You get to work with teams and people to build culture and community, all with one aim of achieving our mission to build flourishing communities of hope. If you feel called to play your part in the story of God in the world, this is where you get to do that.

The position sits within the HR team and reports directly to the Senior HR Advisor. The HR team is part of a shared service model that partners with and provides service to all the entities within Carey.  The HR team is growing and this role is new.
