In response to our ongoing growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a energetic and creative HR graduate to join us in the brand new role of People and Culture Coordinator. Based in our Osborne Park office and reporting to the People and Culture Manager, you will be critical in the delivery of the many upcoming projects planned for the Armada team.
The People and Culture Administration Assistant will:
- Coordinate the on-boarding and off-boarding process .
- Coordinate the recruitment process.
- Develop creative and out-of-the box recruitment processes.
- Coordinate the performance review process.
- Assist in the delivery of the Health and Well-being program.
- Produce the HR Update and assist with other corporate communications.
- Co-ordinate Leadership program logistics and administration.
- Co-ordinate and assist with other internal team events.

About you
- Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
- 1-2 years experience in a similar role would be ideal.
- Prior experience in recruitment would be highly considered.
- Collaborative, adaptive communication style.
- You have excellent written communication skills.
- You are well organised and enjoy getting things done.
- Ability to thrive in a rapidly changing environment with minimal supervision.
- Competent user of Microsoft systems and Canva.
