Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement best HR practices and initiatives.
- Provide expert support for conflict resolution and case management.
- Liaise with stakeholders on critical cases and investigations.
- Conduct research and provide actionable HR reports.
- Manage workforce and support health and safety initiatives.
- Advise on organisational design and change management.
- Contribute to HR policy development and implementation.
- Foster positive employee relations and support workforce planning.
