In this newly created function, you will be responsible for providing holistic HR support and advisory to our organisation through partnering with business leaders to drive business results. This will include supporting our CPO in developing and implementing HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with company goals and growth objectives.
The day-to-day stuff
- Partner with business leaders to understand their business needs and provide HR support to drive business results.
- Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that align with the organization's goals and objectives.
- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related issues, including performance management, employee relations, and talent management.
- Partner with the Talent Acquisition team to identify and attract top talent to the organization.
- Collaborate with the Learning and Development team to design and deliver training programs that support the development of employees.
- Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations.
- Analyse HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders to drive continuous improvement.
Essential qualifications & experience
- Tertiary qualifications in a Human Resources discipline with a thirst for staying abreast of the ever-changing dynamics of HR Management.
- Minimum of 5 years as a HR Business Partner within blue-collar industry in the Australian market.
- Sound knowledge of domestic HR laws and regulations, underpinned by excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong reporting and presentation.
- A dedication to continuous improvement and passionate about business transformation.
- Proven HRBP delivery experience building and enhancing HR processes.
This role will require you to travel within the region to best understand stakeholder and site needs.
