Our client is an Australian owned leading agribusiness who provide a complete range of quality farming products & services. Their branches offer a diverse and specialised range of agronomic and nutrition services specifically designed to suit their local branch customer base.
Reporting to the Head People & Culture, you will partner with rural based key stakeholders across multiple branches in NSW & VIC to deliver a full spectrum of strategic and operational HR initiatives and programs.
Key responsibilities:
- Implementation and application of a range of relevant HR strategies, frameworks, policies, procedures, practices.
- Coach, guide, provide advice and assistance on a range of workplace issues and best practice people management.
- Managing cyclical people events such as performance management, salary reviews, people development, succession planning, talent reviews.
- End to end management of recruitment partnering with hiring managers to fully embed best talent principles.
- Provide advice and dispute management solutions on employee relations matters.
- Play a key role in acquisitions before, during and after the process.
- Develop and deliver HR projects, programs, and initiatives.
Key Criteria:
- Tertiary Qualifications in Human Resources (or relevant discipline).
- Minimum 5 years' demonstrated experience in a HR Business Partner role.
- A high-level of competency/knowledge in all HR functions, practices, principles, and applicable legislation.
- Ability to interpret and apply Awards.
- Exceptional stake holder management skills across multiple sites.
- Solid problem-solving skills and solution-driven approach.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to build successful and collaborative working relationships across the business.
- Ability to work independently and prioritise workload.
