The Corporate and Clinical portfolio is in need of a trusted HR Business Partner to collaborate with the business in those tricky moments they need us for advice, coaching and mentoring. Our corporate office includes, People and Risk, Business Transformation, Finance, Marketing and Customer. Engagement. Our clinical portfolio is everything Allied Health. It is a fast paced and rewarding portfolio. This role reports to the Manager, Human Resources and will also have the assistance of a HR Officer to build and shape their development.
What you need to do
Contribute to the client group, taking ownership for the implementation of key people initiatives.
Provide advice and guidance to the business on all legislative requirements, organisational policies, and Awards interpretation.
Provision of Human Resources advice and support to the organisation in HR decisions.
Facilitate change management and performance management as and when required in the business.
Support people managers in the recruitment of key talent management positions.
Provide leadership support and guidance to the business
Be an active contributor to client group to build solid relationships of trust and knowledge.
Facilitate organisational development, career development and succession planning across client group.
What we are looking for
You will have extensive generalist experience and/ or experience in professional services areas of the business.
Have demonstrated experience to lead and influence your customer groups with a high level of resilience.
Strong ER & IR exposure and interpretation and confidence in grievances, investigations and performance issues.
Demonstrated experience of partnering with managers to achieve outcomes which they own and drive.
A thorough understanding of industry practice in terms of coaching, mentoring, capability build, performance improvement, retention and recognition strategies, conditions of employment and understanding of HR policies, procedures and process.
Someone who is a great team player, embraces diversity and inclusion and not afraid to be their authentic self.
Have a willingness to do your best, have fun and enjoy the work you do.
Maintain a high level of organisation and prioritisation with a service delivery focus.
You must commit to working at Mosman Park 5 days per week for the 3-month probation period.
