What you will do:
As the Human Resources Business Partner, you will collaborate closely with our strategic and operational leaders. Your role involves supporting HR programs and initiatives, providing guidance on workforce management responsibilities, assisting in organisational restructures and succession planning, Work with complex employee issues, and analyse HR metrics to develop effective solutions and policies.
About you:
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Human Resources.
- Strong generalist experience.
- Demonstrated experience in case management and strategic work.
- Experience advising both managers and staff in a large workforce organisation.
- Excellent organisational and analytical skills, experience in management of complex human relations projects.
- Demonstrated experience influencing staff and leadership, developing and motivating people and changing behaviour.
