AddressHR Partners is pleased to be working exclusively with a growing national professional services organisation, currently in search of a People & Culture Coordinator with a focus and interest in systems.
In this varied role, you will be joining a collaborative People team and reporting into an engaging and insightful People Leader. You will enjoy exposure to a wide range of P&C activities with a focus on LMS, HRIS and Payroll Support.
Alongside this, you will work closely with the broader P&C department to coordinate a veriety of strategic people projects.
This is a true generalist role where you will play a key player in supporting senior leaders with driving employee engagement and business performance. This is an excellent opportunity for a HR professional looking to grow their career with a national and best practice organisation.
Main responsibilities;
- Coordinate and support P&C operations, systems, projects and people initiatives
- Help deliver continuous improvement alongside an exceptional employee experience
- Supporting the broader P&C team to ensure timely and efficient service delivery to the business
- Role modeling business values and acting as a positive P&C ambassador
To be successful in this role, you will have 1-2 + years of experience in a People & Culture role within a fast paced environment. You will have experience with HR and / or L&D systems. AYou will be a team player and have the ability to work autonomously within a collaborative function. Degree qualified in Human Resources or related discipline is highly desirable.
