Due to our continued growth we are looking for an HR & Corporate Support Officer to work from our Albury office as part of our Corporate Support team. Your key priorities will be onboarding new employees and managing employee documentation, and managing our growing fleet of motor vehicles. You will provide direct support to the HR Manager and Corporate Services Manager and assist with a wide range of tasks across HR / WHS / Corporate services.

About the role:
- Lead the onboarding of new employees, managing employment documentation and compliance checks
- Lead the fleet administration function (currently 40-50 vehicles)
- Assist with the development and review of HR and WHS related policies, procedures, documents, and templates. Collaborate on wide ranging HR projects, including recruitment, training, WHS, and employee engagement initiatives
- Support end of month processes for the Corporate Services team
About you:
- Attention to detail, ability to maintain accurate HR records
- Strong organisational skills, including good time management and the ability to prioritise
- You have excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent with MS Office (particularly SharePoint and Excel) and demonstrated ability to learn systems quickly
- Experience working in Human Resources or Workplace Health and Safety
- You have a positive attitude and commitment to promoting Boys to the Bush values of Community, Engagement and Respect
