Form of workAn exciting opportunity exists for a HR Generalist to join the HR team at The Fullerton Hotel. Working in partnership with the Director of Human Resources you will provide outstanding HR service that drives improved organisational performance by contributing to key people initiatives such as recruitment, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management and project management.
What are we looking for?
- Tertiary qualification in HR, Employment Law or related discipline
- High level of written and spoken communication
- Focused with high attention to detail
- Advanced experience using Microsoft Office Suite and proficient in HRIS systems, Humanforce advantageous
- Strong understanding of Australian employment laws, HR processes and best practices
- Previous experience in a Human Resource role within the hospitality industry, preferably in a hotel setting
