You will commence your journey with BMD based in our Hawthorn East office in Melbourne. As part of our team, you will gain hands-on experience across a range of HR functions.

- Undertaking/completion of tertiary qualification in Human Resources
- Strong decision-making, communication skills, administration skills, creative thinking and willingness to work collaboratively with others at all levels across our diverse workforce
- Resilience and enthusiasm to achieve positive outcomes in a fast-paced environment.
