What's involved – You will provide a high-level human resource advisory/consultancy service to clients at all levels of the organisation, incorporating human resource policy, industrial relations, performance management, staff development and award entitlement information. Effectively manage human resource casework in key focus areas including grievances and investigations, appeals, discipline, anti-discrimination, equity and diversity, statutory and management reporting and the development of policies, procedures and strategies. Contribute to the effective application of employment relations policies and practices within Queensland Health so as to foster timely resolution of industrial disputes while safeguarding the industrial rights of its employees. Participation in workplace negotiations with unions and professional bodies to promote improved workplace practices and timely resolution of industrial disputes.
