Our client are a privately Australian owned company and leading manufacturer within their industry.
This position has opened up due to internal promotion and will be permanent with our client.
As the Human Resources Manager, your duties will involve:
- Play a pivotal role in the full-cycle recruitment, onboarding, employee development and performance reviews;
- Drive engagement and culture;
- Employee contracts, disputes and grievance management;
- Effectively dealing with all HR & IR issues in line with company policies and procedures;
- Policy and Procedure review;
- Managing Workplace Injuries / Worker Rehabilitation;
Desired Candidate Profile:
- Has 5+ years HR experience showcasing leadership, conflict resolution, relationship building and driving engagement & culture;
- Prior experience in a manufacturing environment preferable;
- Strong verbal and written communication skills;
- Expertise in industrial relations and modern awards;
The salary for this position will be competitive and reflective of your experience. Whilst this role offers some flexibility for occasional work from home arrangements, predominately this will be a site based position.
