The Role
The Human Resource Manager (HRM) is a strategic and operational position responsible for a range of HR functions including business partnering and the provision of generalist HR advice to managers, workforce planning, HR data, insights and reporting, recognition and incentives, change management, organisational and job design and employment relations including performance and conduct support and management.
This role will work collaboratively with the HR Business Partners and Senior Leaders to develop a HR agenda which is aligned with business objectives and coordinates the development and implementation of HR solutions which addresses key workforce issues.
