  • the ability to stay organised and to work flexibly across various work areas to meet existing and emerging priorities.

If this sounds like you, we welcome the opportunity to discuss your application.

We partner with stakeholders to deliver a responsive, high quality and seamless service; develop and embed contemporary people and culture practices; manage and coordinate specific projects and programs; and provide high level consultancy advice on complex strategic HR issues to support our Corporate Direction.

What you will get back

Our employees tell us that they have plenty of opportunity to learn new skills and stretch capabilities. Many employees undertake a diverse range of roles during their time with Treasury and may also participate in our active job rotation program for permanent employees.

Staff surveys tell us that we provide good access to quality learning and development opportunities. These may range from on the job mentoring, coaching and shadowing activities through to participation on a leadership program or support for formal study. Our employees are encouraged to take control of their own careers, be responsible for their performance and to actively identify opportunities to develop and grow through regular check-in discussions with their manager.

We welcome applications from a diverse range of applicants and provide opportunities for flexible working arrangements.
