People And Culture Administration Officer

Permanent – Full-Time

We have a spectacular opportunity for an innovative and efficient person to join our People, Safety and Culture team as an administration extraordinaire.  Every day will be different – you will assist the team with diverse and interesting tasks.  This is a great chance to learn about council in general, and about the people, safety and Culture function of our organisation.

ABOUT YOU

You have experience in human resources processes and administration, and an understanding of key legislation and regulations as it relates to people practices.  You are known for your excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills with an ability to work autonomously with a high level of attention to detail.  Your time management skills are amazing and you have the ability to handle the administration of projects within tight timeframes. 

Experience operating Technology One software is desirable. 

WHAT WE OFFER YOU

A base salary between $72,814.40 and $84,123.58 will be negotiated with the preferred candidate + 12.5% superannuation and a 19-day month.  A guaranteed 2.5% salary increase applies to this salary (or CPI) in July this year.
