About the Role:
We are excited to announce a new opportunity for an HR Officer to join our small and dynamic HR team. In this role, you will provide comprehensive administrative support across various HR functions, with a strong focus on end-to-end recruitment processes and practices. The HR Officer serves as the first level of HR interface and support for the people of Redland Premium Fruit, providing generalist HR support and guidance on HR-related matters to employees. This includes addressing inquiries and assisting with HR policies, procedures, programs, and systems, as well as coordinating key HR activities on site in support of the HR Manager RPF. The HR Officer will also be responsible for updating and maintaining employee files and HR system records appropriately and securely, managing databases, policies, and procedures, and ensuring the consistent and compliant upload of these documents to RPF systems.
The ideal candidate will bring previous HR generalist experience and a deep understanding of HR functions, particularly HR Systems, recruitment, training and development, and onboarding. Additionally, exceptional organisational and administrative skills are essential.
