Are you ready to be a part of a dynamic team in the heart of Bibra Lake? Tracc Civil is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Officer to support day-to-day operations.
Reporting to the HR Manager, you will be responsible for a variety of HR functions including recruitment, employee relations, training and development.
Duties will include, but are not limited to:
- Advertising, candidate vetting, shortlisting, and reference checking
- Assisting with the induction of new employees
- Scheduling of training and professional development, ensuring employees are up-to-date with required training
- Maintaining employee records and internal databases
- Prepare reports relating to personnel activities (recruitment, training, performance evaluations etc.)
- Assist with the administration of workers compensation claims and injury management (Return to Work)
- Timely follow up and response to HR queries
- Monitoring and ensuring compliance with statutory and regulatory requirements.
We're looking for someone with exceptional attention to detail, strong communication skills, and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. The ideal candidate will have experience in operating in a fast-paced environment and be able to handle sensitive issues with discretion and confidentiality.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources practice
- Time management and problem-solving skills
- Strong social intelligence and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and integrity
- A current Driver's Licence
- Australian working rights
