To provide comprehensive HR support to HR Managers and Leaders in the execution of all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
Developing effective relationships with all relevant internal and external stakeholders. Point of contact for HR-related queries from employees and external partners.
Development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems requirements
Providing counseling on policies and procedures, assist in the development of policies and procedures
Manage the administration of HR-related documentation, such as contracts variations and management of employee files attend to nonstandard variations and employee letters. ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with relevant laws
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and manage the offboarding process for departing employees
Support the HR Managers in the implementation and administration of performance management systems
Assist in the development and implementation of training programs
Assist HR Managers in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Ensure all HR activities and processes comply with local laws and company policies
Benchmarking of benefits and compensation and administer employee recognition programs
Support in employee relations, including handling employee grievances and conflicts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee files and records
Assist in specific HR projects
Support with HR information flow, process compliance and process development
Global Mobility support, Visas administration and support
