About the Role
Are you passionate about finding the right talent and making a difference? As a Recruitment Officer at EMS, you will play a key role in our recruitment process, ensuring we attract and hire the best candidates. Reporting to the Senior Recruitment Specialist, your responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing and identifying top-tier blue-collar talent through innovative methods
- Conducting high-volume phone screens to assess candidate suitability
- Guiding candidates through the pre-employment process by scheduling medicals and gathering necessary documents to ensure full compliance
- Collaborating with mobilisation, training, and onboarding coordinators to ensure a seamless candidate onboarding process
- Maintaining accurate applicant tracking systems and employee records
- Supporting team members and assisting with various recruitment activities as needed
- Proven experience in blue-collar high-volume recruitment
- Strong ability to meet and exceed KPIs
- Experience with recruitment platforms such as Job Adder and Seek Talent Search (highly desirable)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in conducting phone screens and cold calling
