AddressBarto Gold Mining is an Australian Gold explorer, developer, and producer who has been operating since 2009 and is focused on gold exploration and production in Western Australia. The operation consists of a 1.8Mtpa processing plant, one active underground mine, two active open pits, with new mines starting in 2024 as part of the companies 5-year plan and a vision to reach 150,000oz/pa by 2028.
We currently have an opening for HR Recruitment Officer.
General Duties & Responsibilities
- Work with key HR, line management and associated stakeholders to ensure recruitment needs across the business are adequately resourced and are available to meet company demands.
- Onging building of talent pools for key roles within the business, and assist in the development of alternate sourcing strategies to improve talent pools within the business
- Provide advice to Hiring Managers and Stakeholders on specific recruitment procedures, selection criteria and interviewing guidelines
- Prepare internal and external job advertisements, web postings, specifications for external recruitment agencies and other materials in accordance with Minjar Golds recruitment standards and business needs so that potential job applicants have the information they need to decide whether, and how to, apply for a vacant position.
- Respond to enquiries from candidates, managers, and external recruitment agencies about the company recruitment activities and about the status of job vacancies so that interested parties are kept informed without compromising the company standards of privacy and confidentiality. Contact candidates arrange interviews, and develop approriate interview questions in collaboration with the hiring manager so that interview conducted efficiently and equitably.
Essentials:
- A minimum of 2-3 years' experience with permanent and temporary White Collar and Blue-Collar bulk recruitment gained within the resources industry.
- Experience working with recruitment systems is a must, experience with SAP (Success Factor) is an added advantage.
- Previous experience recruiting a wide range of positions and seniority levels through both traditional and proactive sourcing methodologies.
- Assisting with the delivery of recruitment services whilst meeting and/or exceeding performance targets on resource attraction and placement.
- Sound administration skills
- Current WA Drivers Licence
