Always Care Services are currently seeking a talented and professional human resource (HR) specialist to join our team and manage all human resource procedures. The successful candidate will be passionate about recruiting, supporting, and evolving employees through our company’s guidelines and managing processes.
Your main responsibilities will include, maintaining employee records, and recruiting new employees, providing industrial and HR advice to managers. To excel in this role, you should be an excellent communicator, with in-depth knowledge of the recruiting process and industrial regulations.
HR Specialist Responsibilities:
- Creating, implementing, and evaluating all human resource department policies, procedures, and structures.
- Ensuring all employee records are maintained and updated with information or changes in employment status.
- Identifying the company’s recruiting needs and managing the recruitment process to ensure it runs smoothly.
- Developing position descriptions
- Assisting with disciplinary processes
- Responding to employees’ queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
HR Specialist Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources, or a relevant field preffered.
- A minimum of 2 years of proven experience in a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of industrial legislation and award interpretation.
- Good understanding of the full recruitment process.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Solid problem-solving and team management
