About the Role
We are busy. We are growing and we want YOU! We currently have a fulltime opportunity available for an experienced Human Resources Officer at our Dandenong South office.

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Assisting employees and managers with general HR enquiries, tasks, and responsibilities.
• Looking after your internal clients and their HR needs
• Preparing contracts and formal documentation, liaising with managers and key stakeholders.
• Entering and maintaining employee data in the payroll system (CHRIS)
• HR Administration; including maintaining personnel files, documentation and induction preparations.
• Liaising with WorkCover Insurers, injured workers, and Managers to coordinate claim lodgement, Return to Work and meet all statutory obligations.

Candidates must possess the following skills & experience:

• 2+ years previous experience in a similar role for a multi-site business environment.
• Intermediate computer skills & excellent administration skills.
• Well-developed communication skills, professional telephone manner and appreciation of sensitive information.
• The successful candidate will be required to attend a pre-employment medical examination.
