About the role
Due to the growth of the team, we are looking for a HVAC Team Leader to manage a team of HVAC-R technicians on a Static Site located in Western Sydney.
Reporting to the Service Manager, you will be responsible for a team delivering innovative solutions to a Tier 1 Static Site. The site is entirely central plant and commercial in nature. You will be expected to bring a wealth of knowledge to ensure Precise continues to deliver best in class practices along with the ability to build strong relationships with key stake holders.
What you will need to be successful in this role
- Sound technical knowledge of Air conditioning systems including Central Plant.
- Ability to work autonomously and lead a team while build strong client relationships and take control of site operations.
- Demonstrated exposure and ability to manage contractors.
- Exceptional problem solving skills.
- Strong ability to organize workload and prioritize accordingly.
- High level of WHS standards and safety conscious
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to generate and write quotations
- Trade certification (Refrigeration and Air-Conditioning).
- Current drivers license.
- Demonstrated ability to perform in a high volume environment
- Experience leading a team
