Our Accounts Payable Officer plays a key role in supporting effective and accurate financial reporting. Your ability to take initiative in creating efficiencies, and attention to detail and accuracy will ensure your success in this role!
How you will spend your day:
- Ensure all local (AUS & NZ) invoices and payments are processed in a timely and accurate manner
- Verify cash expenses throughout internal platform
- Ensure all company credit cards expenses and vendor statements are reconciled
- Ensure all local supplier Purchase Orders are receipted and invoiced timely
- Maintain high standard relationship with the local vendors vendors and internal departments
- Ensure all payments are authorised by buyer and payments are accurate when loaded in bank
- Deliver accurate and timely month-end processes and in accordance with company standards
- Proactively contribute to improving the payment and invoicing process
What we’ll value in you:
- Demonstrated success within a high volume Accounts Payable function
- Retail experience is highly desirable (we would love that)
