- Proficiency in Revit is not a must but a basic knowledge will be beneficial.

The opportunity
Due to strong growth and an exciting pipeline of projects, Mott MacDonald's Built Environment team has an exciting opening for a Hydraulic Engineering Professional in the Brisbane office. You will be joining a diverse and passionate team with a proven track record delivering major projects across Australia.
Our projects are predominantly building based, as a Hydraulic Engineer in the built environment space, you will be working on design and implementation of hydraulic systems for building services projects and shape the communities in which we live.
With a focus on social and environmental outcomes, our team works across a range of sectors including arts and culture, commercial, civic, education, transport, hospital which you will have the opportunity to:
- Develop efficient and sustainable solutions for building Hydraulic Engineering considering client brief, environmental and authorities requirements.
- Collaborate with architects, clients, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements.
- Prepare detailed designs, calculations, and technical reports and comply with relevant codes, standards, and regulations applicable to the locality.
- Undertake QA to verify the accuracy of deliverables in a timely manner.
- Monitor project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project execution.
