About the role: We are currently seeking a Hygiene Manager to join our dynamic team based in Mernda, Victoria. Reporting to the State Manager of Victoria.
In this position you will ensure all scheduled cleaning tasks are carried out according to HACCP, audit and quality standards every day. Key responsibilities include: Ensure all quality, safety, audit, and HACCP requirements are met Responsible for identifying and lead continuous improvement projects driving efficiencies, cost savings and quality improvements into the hygiene program.
