About the role:
The Business Process Analyst forms part of the Continuous Improvement team and is primarily responsible for documenting processes and procedures for Bowens. With the aim of achieving consistent practices across the whole company. This role involves collaboration with staff and management to obtain in-depth analysis of current Business Processes and practices documenting the complexities across all areas of the business from Operational areas such as Branch Operations, Support Office Department to Management Processes. This is a 12-month fixed term role.

Key Responsibilities:
- Document Business Processes and work instructions
- Publish library of processes and work instructions on the company intranet.
- Manage version control of processes and work instructions
- Assist with departmental training department
To be considered for this role you must demonstrate:
- Relevant qualifications / certifications in Business Process analysis (preferred).
- At least 3 years’ experience a similar role
- Experience in developing, implementing, and improving an IMS collaboratively with stakeholders.
- Proficient skills in using Business Process mapping software.
- Experience in analysing complex Business Process issues and information, combined with the ability to constructively engage with a diverse set of stakeholders.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
