JK is partnering with a Telecommunications Company who are responsible for Telstra’s customer enquiries. With a commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction and case efficiency, they are looking at growing their Australian-based customer service team.This role will be based in Melbourne's CBD, commencing late January - early February.
You will be provided with comprehensive training to see you succeed in these roles including 1 week induction, 8-week extensive paid training and ongoing support and mentorship.
These roles are long-term opportunities with the potential to offer work-from-home flexibility once established.
The role
You will be responding to a continuous stream of incoming calls throughout your shift.
Within this role you will be responsible for handling incoming calls predominately from customers with enquiries regarding their mobile phone connection and wireless connection.
These roles require you to work 38 hours a week within 8am – 8pm Monday – Saturday.
Hourly casual rate of $31.09
Requirements of this role;
- Previous experience within call centre roles is essential
- Experience with or demonstrated ability to handle high volumes of calls
- Sound IT skills including the ability to learn several applications
- Ability to problem solve and make informed decisions
- Ability to liaise between customers and stakeholders to ensure customer satisfaction
- Experience providing accurate and timely updates to customers
