Join a team of dynamic individuals and assist in developing and supporting innovative technology solutions for the Brisbane Catholic Education Community. In this role as an ICT Officer Enterprise Solution Analyst, you will positively impact the 147 Schools and over 12,000+ employees under BCE.
About the role:
- Support key systems including HR & payroll, finance, student and school administration, and learning management tools.
- Provide technical support with Microsoft technologies accessed by over 50,000 devices daily across our school and office communities.
- Work across various platforms and technologies, utilise your skills in analysis, development, administration, user support and operational activities to provide Enterprise Solutions to Finance, Payroll, School and Student admin teams.
About you:
To be successful in this role you will ideally have experience in a similar role supporting a complex organisation. As will your ability to connect with people and adapt your interpersonal style to communicate effectively with your stakeholders to provide great customer service. You’ll have the opportunity to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with vendors, coupled with a strong proficiency in Net Framework, SQL, SSRS and Azure API Integration, to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of data-driven applications.
- Strong analytical skills for dissecting complex business or school processes and systems.
- In-depth knowledge of enterprise-level software and solutions, coupled with familiarity with system analysis tools. Proficient in continuously monitoring and optimizing performance across production systems to ensure seamless operations and heightened efficiency.
- Demonstrated ability to proactively address potential bottlenecks and streamline workflows for optimal production outcomes.
- Maintain system processes through documentation and the regular updating of architecture diagrams.
- Effective communication, troubleshooting, and informed decision-making for sustained operational excellence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to execute smooth upgrade processes, mitigate risks, and troubleshoot potential issues.
