The successful applicant will report to the ‘Sales and Marketing Manager’ on a daily basis, some of the following tasks are as follows:
- Importing contacts using government childcare platforms like ACEQCA, into Hubspot CRM to prospect potential customers and identify business opportunities.
- Updating the platform to ensure customers are provided with new releases and integrations to remain competitive in the sector. This also includes adopting additional online services such as childcarejobs.com.au
- In person nurture and new business meetings with childcare centres across Australia, travel required.
- Account management using CRMs and analytical reporting within provider portals to share results with customers.
- Selling custom built listing pages, provider portal, phone tracking, Lead API and integrations to boost the digital advertising of childcare centres across Australia. Tailoring software to meet each individual customer’s needs.
- Creating, negotiating and finalising deal cycles using DocuSign, Zero and Stripe to set up direct debit forms for customers.
- Onboarding customers and setting up integrations to ensure their customised listing is fully optimised with CRM systems set up.
- Weekly and monthly KPI performance meetings and review of sales cycle.
- Arranging monthly and quarterly performance reviews using real time reporting, assessing results and trouble shooting customer issues.
- Using Hubspot dashboards to track all sales activity, including Deals won, Deals in Flight and Deals Lost. Updating target results in Sales Excel files at end of month.
To be considered for this position the successful applicant will need to have the following qualifications or skills:
Bachelor Degree qualification
Or
A minimum of 5 years experience in the field will substitute for the formal qualification
