ICT Service Desk Officer for a renowned technology provider situated on the public transport line in Perth.
The RoleSituated in the western suburbs, you'll be an integral part of a tight-knit team of seasoned technicians, delivering exceptional customer service and technical ICT support to end users.
Skills and experienceYou will ideally have a minimum of 12 months ICT experience, including:
- Proven IT troubleshooting skills.
- Familiarity with ticketing systems.
- Extensive knowledge of Windows Desktop Environments.
- Proficiency in MS Exchange and Active Directory.
- Understanding of Virtualisation, including VMWare.
- Ability to handle Mobile and Printer support.
