Salary: $60,000 - $65,000

The Role:
- Provide friendly and proactive technical support.
- Completion of level 1 and some level 2 tickets.
- Providing 100% remote support, through phone and emails.
- Hardware troubleshooting (printers and laptops).
- Experience using Active Directory / Group Policy.
- Experience in a Windows OS / Office365 environment.
- Understanding of DNS, DHCP, Routing and Switches.
- One-to-one training.
- Certifications and personal development.
- Regular salary reviews.
- Clear documentation to follow.
