The Company

PSG is seeking an outstanding communicator and customer service champion to fill the role of L1 ICT Service Desk Officer for a  renowned technology provider situated on the public transport line in Perth.

The Role

Situated in the western suburbs, you'll be an integral part of a tight-knit team of seasoned technicians, delivering exceptional customer service and technical ICT support to end users.

Skills and experience

You will ideally have a minimum of 12 months ICT experience, including:

• Proven IT troubleshooting skills.
• Familiarity with ticketing systems.
• Extensive knowledge of Windows Desktop Environments.
• Proficiency in MS Exchange and Active Directory.
• Understanding of Virtualisation, including VMWare.
• Ability to handle Mobile and Printer support.
