About the Department A national statistical agency, providing official statistics on a wide range of economic, social, population and environmental matters of importance to Australia. Key Duties Under direction, provide assistance with assetting, imaging the new laptop fleet.

Packing and Sending hardware to several locations around Australia Manage IT store rooms and assist with wiping and disposal of ICT equipment Provide assistance to other End User teams as required. Monitor ticket queues to action and triage tickets, ensuring prompt and accurate handling Skills/Knowledge

High level of interpersonal skills Some knowledge and interest in ICT Initiative, self-motivation and a positive work ethic. Loading dock/Logistics experience is desirable.

MS Office, Teams and Service Now As these positions are with a Federal Government Agency, only Australian Citizens will be considered.

This is a non-ongoing position at the APS4 where you will be employed by the ABS and as such receive a salary, holiday pay, sick pay and 15.4%…
