About the RoleThe Laboratories Business Operations Section provides operational support to the Laboratories Branch by maintaining the Quality Management System, information management, coordination of laboratory maintenance, management of the laboratory testing program, and stakeholder engagement (including internal to the organisation, nationally and internationally).The section also provides centralised coordination and leadership for Laboratories Branch wide initiatives, including special projects and ongoing business improvements, and is responsible for the management of the two WHO designated Collaborating Centres.
Key Duties- Developing, monitoring and updating project plans
- Developing and implementing change management plans
- Developing and leading stakeholder consultation and communication plans
- Developing and maintaining project SharePoint pages
- Providing input to the development of eLearning modules to ensure they are appropriately targeted and effectively communicate key messages
- Executive briefings on project implementation including opportunities and barriers
- Supporting project leads as needed
Mandatory QualificationsCandidates must be able to demonstrate:

- High level written and oral communications skills
Desirable- Formal Qualifications in Project Management
