Improvement & Innovation Advisor
- An exciting opportunity presents to partner with the Quality & Innovation team to provide leadership and expertise for quality improvement, innovation and change management activities across the organisation.
The Quality & Innovation team strives to improve our patient experience and outcomes through quality improvement and education in response to identified risks and consumer feedback.
We are a fun and supportive team that challenges the status quo, thinks outside the square and strives for excellence on a daily basis!
The Improvement & Innovation Advisor is expected to facilitate the breakthrough of ideas into new and productive workplace practice by empowering, supporting and personally motivating teams and services toward the achievement of high levels of performance.
