In-House IT Support Technician at TNS Lawyers
Salary Range: $75,000 to $80,000, Plus Superannuation.
TNS Lawyers, a dynamic Melbourne-based law firm, is looking for an IT Support Technician to oversee the expansion and ongoing maintenance of a cutting-edge online automated intelligent system which will enable users to easily create personalised legal documents across a wide array of categories including real estate, business, finance, estate planning, and personal matters.
Key responsibilities include:
- Install, configure, and maintain the system infrastructure, ensuring high availability and optimal performance.
- Provide timely support to users experiencing issues, ensuring minimal disruption to the service.
- Monitor system performance, conducting regular checks to prevent and address potential issues.
- Regularly update the platform to incorporate new features and improvements.
- Collaborate with the external development team to implement new features and updates, maintaining alignment with the firm's strategic objectives.
- Implement robust security protocols to protect sensitive user data in compliance with legal standards.
- Educate staff and users on navigating and maximizing the platform's features.
- Diagnose and fix hardware or software faults related to the platform.
- Work closely with software developers to integrate new legal templates and tools.
- Collect and incorporate user feedback to enhance the platform's usability and features.
Required Skills and Experience:
- Proven at least 2 years’ experience in IT support, with a keen understanding of online digital platforms.
- Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills, capable of providing effective user support and training.
