The role
As the in-house technician your role will involve servicing walk in customers and the systems that are brought in by the external team. You will be based in our head office in Nerang, reporting to one of the Directors. Your role is key to the success of the business, as your skills will assist the external team to ensure that they can deliver to clients. As a result, you will be a highly valued member of the team.
About you
You will need to have an A+ certification or be able to demonstrate the knowledge equivalent, and be familiar with common software applications as well as be able to remove viruses, data recovery and undertake a wide variety of hardware repairs. Some basic experience with Microsoft 365 and Cloud services would be beneficial.
