The Role:
As a Field Sales Manager, this role is pivotal to coaching and mentoring your sales team to continued success everyday.  You will have a passion for sales coaching, in fact you be known as a "super coach" to those you have previously led.

Your ability to drive a high-performance culture and be a strong storyteller will be key to your success. With strong influencing language skills and impeccable presentation skills you will thrive in a fast-paced environment. 

You will be data driven, reviewing performance data and key metrics to understand gaps and improvement areas to effectively coach and develop your team. Your ability to shape your own team whilst working with the internal recruitment team is pivotal to your success.

Required Skills & Attributes: 
We are looking for a experienced sales leader who:

• Has demonstrated ability delivering consistent sales and profit results in a dynamic and ever-changing environment
• Has lead teams and developed individuals to achieve consistent performance.
• Can quickly assess opportunities for sales improvement and growth.
• Brings experience leading and developing sales teams
• Is driven to not accept mediocrity. 
• Has worked in a "hunting" environment

This role is field based and requires the successful applicant to have access to their own vehicle. A generous car allowance is part of this above market salary package.
